2019 Green County Alzheimer's Walk

Kamholz Klan

Walk with our team in this year's Step Forward Give Hope Alzheimer's Walk, to help people facing Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia.

Please join team "KAMHOLZ KLAN", and walk with us in memory of David Kamholz, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and my Dad. Farming, cows, cheese, and cream puffs was his life, until Dementia, and on 5/16/19, it took his life.

We walk in MEMORY, we walk in HOPE, and we walk in SUPPORT of the Alzheimer & Dementia Alliance.

Although Alzheimer's is not a normal part of aging, the risk of developing the disease increases with age. Current research from the National Institute on Aging indicates that the prevalence of Alzheimer's disease doubles every five years beyond age 65, with one in two people over 85 affected.

The Alzheimer's & Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin helps people in Wisconsin as they face every stage of this disease, a commitment they have maintained for more than 30 years. Help our team reach our goal by making a gift today.
